Mary-Kate and Ashley fans rejoice! The girls' 'Greatest Hits' album is about to be released in Australia!
Yep, available in stores from September 8, the cd contains tracks from nine of the girls' previous albums, including 'Brother For Sale' and 'I Am The Cute One' to the party fave 'Pool Party'. The songs were recorded by the twins when they were between the ages of six and nine.
The girls are almost as excited as we are about the cd coming out! Mary-Kate says: "Making this CD was one of the most fun times we ever had!".Ashley adds: "We are so glad kids and their parents continue to enjoy the songs..." Cool!
In other MKA news, the twins were recently awarded their own stars on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame - the youngest stars in the Walk's history to receive the honour!
In Mary-Kate and Ashley's new film 'New York Minute' (in cinemas nationally on July 1, 2004), the twins play sisters Jane and Roxanne Ryan over the course of one crazy day's journey to New York City! Overachiever Jane (Ashley) is set to give a big speech to get a scholarship to a swanky college, and her punk-rock rebel sis Roxy (Mary-Kate) is only interested in sneaking her way into a videoclip by a fave band and getting her demo tape to them. In a series of mishaps the girls find themselves in all sorts of crazy trouble! Sounds like fun!

Those busy little Olsen twins Mary-Kate and Ashley are moving from LA to New York!The girls are currently completing filming their latest movie 'New York Minute' in the Canadian city of Vancouver. Once filming is finished in September, the twins start university (college) in NYC. So what will the girls be studying? Ashley is taking Psychology and Mary-Kate will be studying all things foodie! The twins will also be doing film studies classes, but Ashley says, "I keep thinking that if I took a producing class in film school, though, I'd be, like, 'No, no, it doesn't work like that when you get on-set.'" Mary-Kate and Ashley are looking forward to going to university, but are being careful to not tell anyone which school they'll be attending, as they're worried that news of their whereabouts could bring security problems, both for them, and the school.We wish them luck in their studies!
